朝びきの鶏を毎日仕込み、備長炭でじっくり焼き上げます。カウンター越しに焼き場が見える、にぎやかで気取らない店です。お酒は季節ごとに入れ替わる全国の地酒を中心に。お一人様も、観光の途中の一杯も歓迎です。We prep fresh chicken every morning and grill it slowly over binchotan charcoal. Sit at the counter and watch the grill: it's lively, casual and friendly. Our sake list rotates with the seasons and comes from breweries all over Japan. Solo diners and a quick drink between sightseeing stops are both welcome.

カウンター8席・テーブル12席。お一人様でもお気軽にどうぞ。8 counter seats and 12 table seats. Solo guests are welcome.
英語メニューがあります。スタッフにお声がけください。We have an English menu. Just ask the staff.
お通し（お一人様400円）が付きます。Every guest receives an otoshi starter (¥400). It's a standard izakaya seating charge, not a mistake on your bill.
金曜・土曜の19時〜21時は混み合います。ご予約がおすすめです。Fridays and Saturdays 7–9pm get busy, so booking ahead is a good idea.
豆知識Tips
日本での食事、ここがポイントDining in Japan: good to know
- 多くの居酒屋では、お一人様ずつ「お通し」（小鉢）が出され、席料として数百円程度がかかります。Many izakaya serve every guest a small starter called otoshi (お通し) and add a small charge for it, usually a few hundred yen. It’s a customary seating charge, not a mistake on your bill.
- 料理は取り分けるのが一般的です。少しずつ注文して追加していくスタイルで大丈夫です。Dishes are usually shared. It’s normal to order a few at a time and add more as you go.
- 「L.O.」はラストオーダー（最終注文時間）のことで、閉店の30分ほど前が一般的です。“L.O.” means last order, usually about 30 minutes before closing.
- 日本ではチップは不要です。表示価格のお支払いのみです。Tipping isn’t customary in Japan. The price you see is the price you pay.
- 小さなお店では現金のみの場合があります。現金もご用意いただくと安心です。Some smaller shops accept cash only, so it’s worth carrying some yen.
