今のホームページはどうなりますか？What happens to my current website?
そのままです。変更は一切必要ありません。今のホームページに「English」のリンクを1つ置くか、Googleマップのウェブサイト欄にこのページを設定するだけで、外国人のお客様に届きます。ホームページをお持ちでない場合は、このページをそのままお店のページとしてお使いいただけます。Nothing changes. Add one "English" link on your current site, or set this page as the website on Google Maps. If you have no website, this page can be your shop page.
QRポスターはどう使いますか？How do I use the QR poster?
A4サイズの印刷用データをお送りします。入口・レジ横・卓上などに貼るだけで、外国人のお客様がスマホのカメラで読み取り、英語のメニューやご案内を確認できます。We send an A4 print file. Put it at the entrance, register or tables, and visitors scan it with their phone camera.
2年目以降の費用は？What does it cost after year one?
初年度は¥29,800にサーバー費が含まれています。2年目以降は年額¥9,800で自動更新となり、ページ・QRコードの維持、内容の修正が含まれます。解約はメール1通でいつでも可能で、解約するとその年の終わりにページとQRコードが停止します。先着20店舗様は、2年目以降もずっと年額¥9,800のままです（今後のお申し込みは年額¥19,800を予定）。Year one hosting is included in ¥29,800. From year two it renews at ¥9,800/year, covering hosting, the QR code and updates. Cancel anytime by email; the page and QR code stop at the end of that year. The first 20 shops keep ¥9,800/year for good.
内容の変更はどうすればいいですか？How do I change the content?
メニュー・価格・営業時間・写真などの変更は、メールでお知らせいただければこちらで更新し、英語・中国語・韓国語にも反映します。ご自身で更新できる管理画面も近日公開予定です。Email us menu, price, hours or photo changes and we update all languages. A self-service admin page is coming soon.
英語が分からなくても大丈夫ですか？Do I need to speak English?
はい。やり取りはすべて日本語です。英語の文章はこちらで作成し、内容は日本語でご確認いただけます。No. We communicate in Japanese, write all the English, and show you what it says in Japanese.
写真はどうなりますか？What about photos?
デモではイメージ写真を使っています。お店の写真をメールでお送りいただければ差し替えます。スマートフォンで撮った写真で大丈夫です。The demo uses illustrative photos. Email us your own and we swap them in. Phone photos are fine.
ドメインを持っていません。I don’t have a domain.
無料のURLでそのまま公開できます。独自ドメインをご希望の場合は、取得方法からご案内します（ドメイン代は別途）。We can publish on a free URL. If you want your own domain, we will walk you through getting one (domain fee not included).
公開後に内容を変えたい場合は？What if I need changes later?
公開後30日以内は2回まで無料で修正します。それ以降もメニューや営業時間の変更はお気軽にご相談ください。Two rounds of changes are free within 30 days. After that, just ask about menu or hours updates.
中国語・韓国語にも対応できますか？Can you add Chinese or Korean?
ご相談ください。訪日客の多い言語の追加にも対応します。Ask us. We can add other major visitor languages.
請求書払い・銀行振込はできますか？Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?
クレジットカードに対応しています。請求書・銀行振込をご希望の場合はメールでご相談ください。We accept cards. For invoice or bank transfer, just email us.
デモは公開されていますか？Is my demo public?
検索エンジンに表示されない提案用のURLです。ご不要の場合はご連絡いただければすぐに削除します。It is a proposal link hidden from search engines. Tell us and we delete it right away.
